Witness ex-Great Western types at work in their final year of service, delightful scenes of the Isle of Wight, Guildford and Basingstoke. In the North East we study 0-6-0 and 0-8-0 types of classes J27 and Q6 whilst further south we see Ex-LMSA 2-6-4Ts and other classes on passenger work in the Leeds / Bradford area. Plus a brief visit to Scotland to look at two of the restored pre-grouping locos at work in their last year of service, prior to being sited at the Glasgow Transport Museum.
