The most elite and highly trained force in the world must take on some modern day pirates. Arriving at an abandoned oil rig in the North Sea, they encounter the gun-toting bandits and discover that the rig is full of booby-traps. The pirates escape, planning to steal a billion dollars in gold from a ship in the French Riviera. The SEALS, upset at their treatment by the pirates go after them, and, after a number of battles end up trapping them in their Kazahkstan base for a final showdown.
