Kelkoo.com was founded in 2000, following mergers with Zoomit, Dondecomprar and Shopgenie. Within 2 years of launching, Kelkoo became Europe's largest e-commerce website after Amazon and Ebay and the largest e-commerce advertising platform both in the UK and Europe.
Kelkoo now operates in 10 European countries and receives over 8.5 million unique users monthly (over 3 million in the UK) from users across Europe(1). Kelkoo has been profitable since Q4 2002.

Glen Drury, American, Managing Director, UK: After achieving a Bachelors of Art for Business from Grand Canyon University, Glen started his career with Enterprise-Rent-A-Car as a Trainee Manager.
During his 10 years with Enterprise, he earned promotion regularly culminating with his appointment to Group Rental Manager for the Southeast Region of the UK.
His experience of the UK business market since 1996 and responsibility for 17 retail locations, 125 employees and an annual turnover of £20 million set the stage for the move into E-business. As with many early E-businesses, his first internet venture, Firesend failed due to a lack of funding.
The experience of being the Group Sales Manager during the start up process provided valuable insights for his appointment to Kelkoo UK. As Commercial Director, Glen led a team of committed sales people to grow the number of partnerships from 60 to well over 400, and the revenue of the site from tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands in two years.
In September of 2003, Glen was appointed to the position of Managing Director, Kelkoo UK, where he oversees all aspects of the business in the UK, including Technology, Merchandising, Marketing/PR, Sales, Product, Human Resources and Finance.
